It can be several things
It will often do this for the first run of the session but after that the following runs are ok.
It can indicate an unstable CPU overclock.
It can be because windows has been tweaked to get a higher score, this is something only the LN2 benchers are likely to do.

Test 1 & 2 is 96%-98%
The others, well you can see.
I don't look at these that much but your graphs look fine and your score is also fine for a 1080 Ti.
