RTX 2080 Ti stock, driver 418.91

That's a low score for a 2080 Ti so I rather suspect I don't have the settings the same as everyone else. It also didn't seem to like me having three monitors - the first stage ran on my 4K landscape monitor - the default - but the other stages ran on my 4k portrait monitor and shut down the other two monitors.

You are running your card at stock or just above it so the Graphics Score is about right.

You could get a few more points by using just one monitor but it won't be a big difference.
