hiya everyone, can someone tell me what free firewall i can use
with windows 7 64bit, thanks in advance for any help

I just use the built in Windows one, along with a NAT router, works ok for me.

yup

just get a router between you and the internet, and rely on windows firewall

I use the built in firewall, with an app called "vista firewall control" does the job well enough in combo with my router.
