First Build couple of questions.

Hey there,
Built my new cpmputer today, 6300 C2D, DS3 (Rev3.3) 2GB Ballistix 5300, Zalman cooler, 8800 GTS 320mb. Got the system running at 430 x 7 Ram 1:1, im using 4,4,4,12 timings on the ram, could i get away with reducing these a bit and maintain stability? I have 1.45v on the Cpu, and 2.2 on the ram.
Idle temp on both cores is about 42, and running 2 x Copies of Orthos temps go up to about 55. What is an acceptable load temperature for me to go for, and if i carry on clocking would it be best to leave the ram timings alone?

Anything below ~70 is ok for a conroe and for the timings 4 4 4 12 is fine and think thats as low as they will go

Hey everyone. Just a quick update, System Now running at 458 x 7 (3205) Ram 1:1 still, timings are still 4-4-4-12. Now im stable running Orthos x 2 copies and my temps are 54'c for five hours. However when running oblivion a minute ago, my frame rate dropped to 7fps when in combat, now i have overclocked my 8800gts 320 to 550 core and 1830 memory, i see no glitches etc. Does anyone know what to cause such a slowdown on the game, as it was running at 40fps before i attacked a single person. Also does anyone think the memory i have will go any faster than this with these timings?

Its actually below 60 ,

70 c is to hot
