MSI HD 7850 Twin Frozr III £179.99

Most 7850s overclock very well and you'll be rocking BF3.

Depends whether your monitor has speakers (should have a line in if it does) and/or you want speakers I guess

I bout a cheapy (£15-£20) pcie wireless one but kind of regret it, was a pain find somewhere to put the system and get a relatively decent signal, I kind of wish i'd spent some more and tried a homeplug like http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-032-TP, not sure if they are any better as never used one but might be better.

I would also recommend homeplug adaptors if you can use them, avoids wireless!

you are going to be better going for some decent homeplugs IMO, long as you get some that are 100mbps, the connection you receive shall be better then anything wireless can offer, specially if you're gaming.
