Hi guys im in the process of making my first build... and installing the Noctua but on it it says make sure to remove the procective cover at the bottom of the heatsink... but i can not find any procective cover under it...

it should be a thin clear film on the base of the heat sink (aka the bit u stick on the cpu)

Nope there is no film... also it was purchased as a bundle... soo could have ocuk already removed it ?

I have also installed the Noctua and it is very loose and wobbely...is this correct ?

theres a good chance that ocuk removed it

What are you installing it on is it amd or intel ?

Intel... and i cant install it soo that it actually touches the cpo=u and thermal paste :confused:

are you using the correct fittings whats your mobo and cpu?
