Why stick with the old magnetic disk? They outdated now!

Personally (bias too) I feel my build is best for gaming, as you can a 5850 in there, much supreior to the 5830, and an SSD. Meaning startup in 10seconds, or not much more. Most games won't use the full power of the CPU. Its also best to get a nice case toshow off your rig :)

Thank god! :)

I'd rather have a Pc thats able to play crysis very smooth, load things in an instant, rather than something that can calculate 500000000000 digits of pi. Thats why i'd go i3 :)

only people who have never used a SSD dismiss them as expensive, overrated, not worth the money.

an SSD is next on my shopping list.

Might be on mine, depends on the gpu really :)

But i'd want one atleast 160gb, store games on it. That and a good cpu cooler, the stock one is pretty lame tbh :)

+ You've been here for 6 months with 3000+ posts

I'd suggest an SSD, but i'm not sure just how much of a difference it makes. Maybe because i'm used to running OS's that run mainly in the RAM but i was using a PII rig the other day and booting didn't take that long at all. Albeit it was Slitaz, but i seriously doubt if it makes a noticeable difference.
