First Build. Need some feedback.

Then get a AMD hex core cpu and overclock it to 4.0GHz easy
And finger-cross that every new games that come will be well-optimised to support Hex-core, when most games still strugging to use Quad effectively? Yea! Great advice!

And here's an example of a 5th and 6th cores contribute NOTHING to frame rate for a 5970 at 1920x1200 4xAA 16xAF in Black OPs:
http://www.techspot.com/review/336-cod-black-ops-performance/page8.html
Phenom II X4 970BE 3.5GHz: min 52fps, avg 70fps
Phenom II X6 1075T 3.0GHz: min 40fps, avg 63fps

Faster Quad-core over slower Hex-cores for gaming anytime! (at least until it becomes a universal standard that all games support Hex-cores)

But you didn't think about that having a cpu with 6 cores is more future proof.

When future games are released and maybe game patches come out that will enable the use of 6 cores. It is worth it. Plus you have that extra cores to do your multitasking.

Maybe he wont be doing a lot of gaming, maybe he might be using programs that require the extra cores and power to render graphics faster. So yes, great advice, no problem :)

The point is an overclocked i5 760/i7 930 is comparable in speed to the overclocked Phenom II X6 even in heaviy thread apps that uses all 6 cores, so it doesn't make ANY sense to go Hex core now to WAIT and HOPE for games to commonly adapted to support for Hex-cores soon, when the Intel Quad can deliver the same speed that Phenom II need ALL 6 CORES to deliver RIGHT NOW.

I'd definitely recommend that XFX 6870 GPU. One of the best budget cards I've had to date.

Got very good FPS on Call of Duty Black Ops and Bad Company 2 with all settings on the highest.

Well worth the money.
