Evening there guys, well I have managed to save up all my pennies and time for my first build! This will be the system that will hopefully see me through 4 years of university. Main uses will be Photoshop/lightroom, bit of light gaming and just general everday use. This is what I have come up with so far:
Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 Intel P55 Micro ATX (Socket 1156) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard
ATI Radeon 5770 1024MB GDDR5 TV-Out/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Graphics Card - Retail
Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 1.5TB 32MB Cache Hard Drive SATAII 300MB/s <8.5ms 7200rpm - OEM
G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Antec Three Hundred Case - Black - No Psu
Zalman CNPS10X Performa CPU Cooler
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 PCI Sound Card - Retail
Corsair VX 550W ATX2.2 Power Supply
LiteOn IHAS124-19 24x DVD+/-RW Dual Layer DVD-RAM SATA Black
Intel Core i5 760 2.8Ghz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156) - Retail.
Logitech Illuminated Keyboard
Arctic Silver 5 Premium Thermal Paste - 3.5g
Dell UltraSharp 24-inch U2410 Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor
Just making sure I haven't forgotten anything and that there isn't anything I can get better bang for buck sorta thing?
Thanks
