Hi everyone,
I am wanting a new PC that i will be used for general use, media, and moderate gaming. I only have a budget of £400 and need everything apart from O/S, Mouse, Monitor or speakers.
After christmas i will be buying a Graphics card.
Anyway here is something that i made up and would like some help on getting the best for my money.

Intel Core i3-3220 3.30GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail £99.95

Gigabyte Z77-DS3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £75.98 ( wasnt sure which motherboard would be best)

OCZ ZS Series 550W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply £49.99 (Will 550W be enough?)

Toshiba (7K1000.D) 500GB SATA 6GB/s 32MB £43.99 (Is this a good drive?)

Microsoft SideWinder X4 Gaming Keyboard £32.99

BitFenix Merc Beta Gaming Case - Black £32.99

TeamGroup Elite 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit £29.99

OcUK 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) £13.99

Total : £393.97

Thank you for the help. One question though, what is lucid support?

Think he is trying to say gigabyte have a UK RMA base so should anything go wrong. nothing will need to go abroad and is generally easier to return?

if its something technical to do with board i've never heard of it :D

To answer your question aswell 550 watts is more than enough. £14 extra below with mboard stulid recommended and a modular PSU

Also that sidewinder keyboard is currently out of stock. will need to ring ocuk to see if they have any more on the way

Lucid support means that you can use the cpu's built in gpu to help boost graphics performance in games and stuff like video rendering in conjunction with your graphics card.
It can be useful.

Thank you for your input Stulid and Dunn2010 I will look at the spec that has been made and decide on the final spec. This being said things may change between now and when it is ordered so you may see me again asking for more help. Any more recommendations are appreciated.
