Hi guys it's my first build I have a good idea what I need, but would love some help going over it and just making sure there's no conflicts or silly mistakes.

No particular reason for the ultimate, premium or home would work too. Just don't want to miss out on any important features.

Yeah I'd consider SLI, X-firing gfx in the future, thats why i went with the 900w
 
Is the asrock mobo you chose better than the asus one? I'm not too sure about them, so not really clear on the differences, pros and cons etc.
