First EVER Custom PC Build, Need Advice.

although i won't be the first to say this but i would advise AGAINST the geil ram! i had a pair and along with many others these have failed to run default timings at stock speeds (putting it in comparison i had some 5300geil value that did 850mhz lol) so i opted for 2gb of Team Xtreme if you are going to overclock then this really is a worthy buy! but honestly don't get the geil in my experience

Get a Tuniq Tower.

Can read 3.5ghz i hear.
 
Haven't used any of the other cases, but the Antec 900 is a lovely case. Very quiet and has taken my temps down by +/- 10c. I like the look of it too :)
