That Phantek cooler looks excellent indeed. That's the one I'm now gonna push for mid-range specs :)

I also prefer the Samsung 830 over the 840.

As for the case, the Phantom is fine, it's just that you need to double check your graphics card length to see if it will fit (under 300mm / 12'').

The Phantek is perfect, considering the OP is only looking at about 4.3 OC.

I would have included the 830 but it is out of stock.

The GB 7950 is 11.1/4"(285mm), so should fit the 410.
 
There is a bonus to the H60i (as I've discovered), If you have RAM with a high heatsink (Corsair Vengeance), you can use all 4 slots, with the H60i, instead of only 2 with the fan cooler limitations.

Most coolers work well enough when you buy them, so no need to change it, unless your moving to liquid cooling. The H60 on the g/card would be pointless, keep the cooler it comes with.

The H60 is for the Cpu not the Gpu. The OP was asking if the card and cooler would fit in the 410. :D
