Go easy on me, its my first attempt! :p

thanks

Nice shot, but the rape looks a bit orange. The overall picture appears a bit soft too, which is a shame.

The tracks are a nice compositional tool, but where they cut off is very distracting. I think the picture would fare better if you were standing in the tracks, so they started from the bottom of the frame as oppsed to their current cut off point.

The pic doesn't look over done from a HDR point of view which is good, but then it might not be helping either (depends on the original pic really).

excellent, thanks for the comments. At least I know its not a total overall failure! :)

I'll have another play tomorrow, I'm going to bed now! :) thanks guys :D

It looks a bit soft and the colours don't look quite right to me, both those things are problems I have found when trying HDR, especially if there are trees and grass etc in frame, they always come out a bit weird for some reason and don't look real.

yea, i found the whole image looks very soft, i dont know how to make them any crisper to be honest. would anyone be able to give me any tips? When i take the photos, i use *** AEB feature of *** 400d and put the self timer on to avoid camera shake.

any other ideas?

I was struggling with it too and got fed up so I researched ways of blending two exposures together instead and to be honest I much prefered the results from doing that. Looked more natural and crisp and sharp as things should be.
