First HDR Test

Clouds were a bit better (tho still annoyingly bland) out of my mates top window today so decided to give a HDR a place. Created from 3 images from 1 RAW file.

it's a bit.. :| it doesn't really spark any kind of interest for me!

i think cropping it would be a good start, maybe loose the top 1/3. the clouds look very soft and don't add anything to the image, and loose the first roof line, just leaving the chimney stacks.

what did the other versions look like? i would've been tempted to have the houses / roof tops as siloettes and like i say, crop it tighter.

Silhouette and crop. Having trouble doing anything about the muddy tones (that's Newport for you

I actually like the rooftops. I think it's a little too dark though. The sky seems off to me. That being said, I'm shattered and my eyes are straining, so I'll have another nose tomorrow.

On that note, I'm hitting the hay!
