780G and SB700 are a real awesome pair.

Tiny, cool and pushing into new worlds; dedicated igp ram, able to team up with xfire, fastest igp ever by a huge margin and finally a good number of features to back it up.

Would be awesome for a HTPC setup, shame about the CPU's that you have to pair it up with.

...able to team up with xfire...

Wouldn't that slow down a 38 series card though so as to be a downgrade? If not that is a blinkin great idea! An integrated that solution that actually does something if you upgrade to a dedicated card....genius!

No, it adds a little bit more speed. :) xfire is really versatile.

Wow, that's a gorgeous looking board. Wouldn't mind one of those!

Now how about onboard TV card on one to make it into a fully independent media PC mobo :)

Nice 3DM06 scores as well, I've seen dedicated cards score worse then that. You'd be looking at Oblivion on mid settings with that O.O

Want one! Now! :p

I was impressed with the P35 series boards you guys brought OcUK's way and this looks very impressive too! With AM2+ support for Phenom and upto 8GB of cheap DDR2 this could make an ideal Virtualisation platform.

Does the SB700 Southbridge Support RAID? If so, what types (Please say Raid 5!) As this would make a great File server platform for my spare AM2 Sempron Chip I have :D
