First Loop, just CPU (for now), no idea what to get

So,

My S36 AIO decided not only to be a nightmare to install, it also thought that needing to be RMA'd was a fun thing to do. Going to get a refund instead and just go for a proper loop, pay day soon so can use the refund money on top of pay day spendo to get something better.

Anyway, not entirely sure what I should be getting. I do not want to break the bank, but having decent enough parts so I can expand to get my GPUs under (when the next AMD cards are out) would be great. Quiet is good as well as looking good... but again, I really am unsure what parts I actually need. System is the following:

H440, so space for 2 360 rads.
Z97 with a 4790k
290

Just looking to get the CPU under first, I can possibly spend up to £250... Don't really want to go over it at all. Of course going under is perfectly okay!

Cheers,

Grady

EDIT: Thinking about just getting this perhaps?

2 360 rads is nearly impossible on the H440 even though they state it can hold such setup.
I moved away from it when I realised max you can get is 240 + 360 and maybe a 120/140 at the back if you want.
Its not the best case in terms of airflow due to the limited intake/exhaust vents.

I would recommend getting the RX series, means you can run your fans at lower speed, either the 240 version or the 360 version

You might have trouble fitting the thicker rads up top and youll also need to remove all the hard drive trays at the front if you want to mount a rad there.

What kind of trouble do you mean? End goal was to eventually have crossfire cards with it all under water, a 360 & a 240 would struggle with that I take it?

Lower fan speeds get a +1 from me. Might have a look, see if I can get some used WC parts to save some cash.

Might have trouble indeed, the S36 almost didn't fit, but was able to have it sitting forward a bit more to give room for the fans.
