I’m pretty sure mine was Alien 3 at the cinema in Orlando. They have some daft rule over there that the age ratings don’t matter if your accompanying adults think you’ll be fine. I totally should not have been watching it and I was terrified for about a week after

First I can remember would be Jurassic Park, and I remember it well because my younger brother who was 8 at the time was so scared he hid behind the chairs when the raptors came on screen.
