First New System Bulild - Have a few questions

Despite a few minor build problems, I must say that I do like the Hiper modular PSU. Got a 580w one and it's sooo much easier to wire up than non-modular ones. - Circ £50 - £60
 
Yeah, I just purchased it's blue brother. Having some problems with my new build. I'll sheepishly admit that these problems are power related but others are having the same problem with other PSUs.

It comes down to what you're comforatble spending your cash on though but, do bear in mind that every product will have bad reviews and if you look long enough you can't see the good for the bad. But that doesn't mean ignore the reviews!! If you want a faultless PSU, you'll be well into three figures.
 
just bought the

OCZ ModStream 520w ATX2.2 Power Supply

it should do and it was one of the cheapest on ocuk so its prob the best i could get with the money i had!
should come tuesday, just need to get GFX card of my dad and im ready to go! :D :D
 
yeh me to! hope it does the job.
i might be able to hide my cables better now then eh! its a right state at the minute, someone also said i should remove some of the fans in my thermaltake case becuase i have about 8 or something, does it matter what i remove?
