First pc build is this a good spec for £300ish??

Hello, I am looking to spec a pc for about £300ish and as a first time builder I came up with this. (Dont need Hard drive)

I would be glad if you would cast your eyes over this and give me your opinions on a) is it all compatible and b) could I do better for the price?
