There is only one truespirit in stock. It's being spec'd a lot (as it's best bang for buck) and i'll tell you now what will happen, people will end up paying for it just to get a call out of the blue to say its not in stock (has happened to me countless times). Then they need an alternative to add to the purchase ;)

The 612S is better than the Gelid (which I own), the matterhorn would be another alternative. Nothing wrong with the gelid but the coolers i mentioned earlier are better with more heatpipes built into the unit

I own and accumulate a lot of digital media so I feel a 2TB hdd is definitely necessary. Based on your suggestions how about this?

I took Tamzzy's build and changed the case to Honosuseri's to make room more the larger hdd. (Plus I like the minimalistic style)

If the true spirit cooler is out of stock I'll swap if for the 612S and remain just under budget.
