Hi. I'm looking at my first set up. I have a maximum £1000 to spend, but that's for everything, including keyboard, mouse and monitor. (Desk and chair not required for time being) so I'm looking to spend a maximum of £800 on the PC itself. I know nothing about PC's as I've been a console player most my life.

I plan on playing rust, elder scrolls online and GTA V mainly. With the hopes of streaming in the future.

I'm begging that someone can send me some pre-built reccomendations,as I really don't trust myself to build until I'm more educated with PC's.
Bonus points for reccomended monitors, keyboard and mouse.

Thank you in advance!

Bit of a tight budget for everything, will be slightly under budget if you want to build yourself or slightly over if you ask OcUK to build it for you.
AMD Ryzen 3600 + 16GB Ram + RX 590.
Strong 1080p performance and a good platform to start on.
I have not used the monitor or peripherals so i cannot speak to their quality but they fit the price point, i would suggest doing some research on these before buying.

Hi and welcome to the forums here :)

Now that's out of the way, please, please, please consider building it yourself. It really isn't hard at all. Everything has it's place, it's like putting together a very easy plastic model kit. Plus you've got a forum full of people to help you if you hit a snag. There's also a good few videos on youtube on how to put things together. You'll save money and have the pleasure knowing that you built the machine.

Here's an idea of what £800 buys you - it's a very capable gaming machine at 1080p (the monitor resolution). Keyboards and mice are fairly cheap and if you spend less than £200 on the monitor (very do-able) then you can afford it within the £1000 overall budget.

@BAMitsLAMB the above bit are spot on for your budget Ryzen 3600 is a big hitter in the market at the moment.... Honestly though watch a few YouTube videos and build it yourself, you'll save a fair few £££ and you gain a fair bit of knowledge by doing so... We all started off in the same boat but if you take your time and relate back to manuals or videos then you can't really go wrong :)

@ExRayTed I'm not seeing a monitor in your build. I like the look of this one:

144 Hz, IPS, full colour range, Freesync, what's not to love?

Go for the GTX 1660 Super over the 1660 Ti and the 590. Windows licenses are available cheaply on other sites.

Do note that the release of the Radeon 5500 is imminent (hinted in the video above) which may mean you will get even more bang for your buck.

@BAMitsLAMB there are two components on which you should not scrimp: the monitor because it's the main way you interact with the PC and the PSU because a bad PSU can destroy all the other innards.
