First Prearranged Telephone Interview

Hello people

I think the reason for the prearranged telephone interview is because the job is 100+ miles from where I live and to ultimately narrow down candidates before doing a face to face interview.

It will be audio only, so no skype with webcam.

obviously hand shaking is out of the question! but what should I expect, do's and don'ts etc?
