first raid config

i have a 250 gig western digital drive partitioned at present running windows and as storage.

i only say need 80 - 120 gig total for windows install and games, which drives would you recommend as there does not seem to be a seagate .10 at that size, i cant afford raptors.

If Raptors are out of your budget then I'd recommend a pair of 7200.10s, there's no point in RAIDing slower disks unless your reusing old hardware.

You can quite happily partition a RAID array in the same way as you ave your existing disk.
