i know this image doesn't show it, but the Kit-Lens is sharper then people give it credit for.

well, having come from a compact and Ilford ISO100 film, its sharp to me.

Thats not where your focusing. Look at the top of that crop, your focusing further back.

no, the furr on the flowers is the point of focus.
