I have E130 to spend on a SSD drive. I dont know which ones to choose, all i want it for is to boot up windows 7 home premium.

Would 32gb be enough ?

also, is installing W7 exactly the same as installing it on a normal HDD?

For Win 7, I would think 32GB is a bit on the small side...although you might get away with the Intel X25-V Value 40GB or OCZ Vertex 30GB...

Something like the 64GB Crucial M225 would give you both a decent size and performance for just over your budget...

is installing W7 exactly the same as installing it on a normal HDD?

Basically yes, I would enable AHCI mode (rather than IDE mode) in BIOS first then install Win 7, once desktop appears you do the SSD Windows 7 Tweaks although I would leave the pagefile on C:\ (ie., on the SSD)...you could also update the ICHxR drivers (if this is the controller you are using) to 9.6.0.1014...
