First Time Build, Need help

Hi I am first time builder with a budget at £1000 and that's with the monitor, keyboard and mouse. The PC will primarily used for gaming and general use.
So far i have:
PROCESSOR--Intel Core i5 3570K 3.40GHz--£175
MOTHERBOARD--Intel Z77 Motherboard--£84
RAM--Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz--£66
HARDDRIVE--Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB HDD--£45
POWERSUPPLY--Corsair GS 600w PSU--£60
GRAPHICS CARD--Asus Nvidia Geforce GTX 670--£267
CPU COOLER--Corsair CW-9060007-WW Hydro Series H60 High Performance 120mm--£60
OS--Windows 8 Home Premium
I prefer Intel over AMD from past experience. I would greatly appreciate it

Yes but i can go a little bit over i already know which mouse and keyboard. Does the motherboard support overclocking?
i would also prefer a different case: a case with good cooling and lights as i tend to play in darker rooms :)
