Dont know is this is the correct section but here goes.
I am in the process of picking parts for my first build.
- Was wanting to know if this set up would be compatible together?
- What size of a PSU should i get?
I also have my doubts with the CPU compatibility. I was going to go with a "AMD Piledriver FX-6 Six Core 6300 Black Edition 3.50GHz (Socket AM3+) Processor - Retail" CPU but the socket is different on the motherboard.
I am after a high quality and fast cpu that doesnt break the bank (preferably under £150) and also fits this motherboard.
- Is the motherbord here i have picked wifi enabled or will i have to buy a wireless card?
- Is this GPU a good one? Has anyone used it and can it handle high end textures, games etc?
And finally.... will this set up be good for graphic design, illustration and gaming?
The parts are:
Corsair Hydro H55 Quiet Liquid CPU Cooler
BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX Cube Case
MSI Radeon R9 270 Gaming Edition OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
MSI Z97I Gaming AC Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Mini ITX Motherboard
Kingston HyperX 16GB (2x8GB) PC3-14900C10 1866MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black/Red (HX18C10BRK2/16-OC)
Blu ray Optical drive
2TB Western Digital HDD
Sorry for all the question, just want to make sure!
