what is your budget? The spec you have come up with will work, but did you know you have chosen a micro atx motherboard board when that case can support up to atx size mother boards. Also unless you have one already it would be best to get a aftermarket cooler so that you can overclock that i5 3570k. may this moterboard and cooler

another thing to consider is waiting a few weeks because some new intel cpu's are going to be out which will have slightly better performance.
