is this pc gonna be used for gaming, if so go with the i5 2500k
and change the mobo to a P67 or a Z68
psu is OTT for that GPU :p change it to antec 620w or 750w+ if your planning to crossfire/sli in the future(depending on mobo)
change the GPU to hd5850/hd6870/hd6950/gtx560/gtx560ti depending on budget.
the cooler to the silver arrow
the ram to dual channel

you can throw in a SSD too.
