This is all very useful

the U2412M is not out yet. The 2311H is a very good screen in its own right. I wouldn't mind one of those.

Nothing can really rival it.
But I own this: Hanns.G HZ281HPB 27.5"

Its not bad for the price. I haven't noticed any issues with response or input lag in games where frames are crucial.

Normally I just suggest the reference design as its cheaper, but in this case its not, and MSI has a longer warranty than the cheapest OCUk sell.

Hmm, maybe i should get that one instead, however i'm pretty keen to get this ordered and delivered ASAP, i'm hoping the monitor (now overdue) comes into stock by the end of the week, but that card isn't due till next week.

I'm getting itchy fingers now

It's as above only with the Power Edition card and I went for the Silver Arrow in the end

Should all arrive on Saturday except maybe the screen

I'm worried i've made a mistake, i've just realised i ordered unbuffered version of the Xms3, is that bad?

The ram is fine, buffered ram is what servers and Xeons use.
