First time i have ran (for fitness)

ok so i managed to do my "run" today
i decided to skip the actual run workout and do my own thing

here's what i did :

5 mins warm up and 5 mins cool down

at one part i looked at my watch, my HR was reading 160, but it did not feel like it, I was still able to take long deep breaths

watch pinged and said I did my fastest 5K, and i wasn't even pushing

was trying to "short steps" rather than "feel comfortable steps" to try and get my cadence up

oh and because of my "injury" I feel like im "hoping" rather than "running" sometimes because i walk with a limp

Done a full day at work, then did my cadence drills :

i actually felt better this time, i felt fitter doing this last one this week

so i stopped the cool down a little early, as i felt so good :D
and decide to do a RUN :D
Felt really good !

doesn't seem to bad ! :D

Why is it , i seem to find im like running at the beginning though an invisible wall, but once im past that, i get into my stride and i can just "go"

i come from a cycling background, so i did this run, to what i felt comfortable that i can do for that sort of distance, i had more left in the tank

This is borderline of a medical thread now

but, i had an mri scan 3 years ago just normal wear and tear
saw yet another Phisio yesterday who assures me he can help me, ive got no muscles around my right hip, its all bone!! and my glutes are non-existent! and my hamstrings are tight as a rockweillers Jaw!

he said we need to sort out my flexibility and balance issues first then he'll sort of my strength issues

now doing his exercises twice a day and really pushing them as im told :)

going back in 4 weeks or so

got a 5K scheduled in for Wednesday 7th :)
