umm for some reason I cannot seem to adjust the Volts as its greyed out. Do I need to turn something on?

as i have said, i dont know much about different motherboard types bar my own but i know that auto generally isnt good so try setting one of the two controls that are on auto below the volts to manual and see if it opens up the options to change, maybe someone with a dfi can point you i nthe right direction ?

Ok its the CPU VID Control. When i've finished my clan match i'll whack it up to 1.45 ish.

Ok i've got it at 2.6GHz and it was prime stable for the 6 hours I ran it for. I also ran all of the 3dMarks afterwards and it was totally fine, I think upping the CPU Volts to 1.45 did the trick.
So i'd just like to say thanks to everyone who helped me out
