Couple of questions though - the alphacool GPU block, what is the best way of controlling the colours on it? Is it worth getting the 15 quid alphacool controller or can I use some specific software?

Can't you plug it into the RGB headers on your motherboard? Make sure you use the correct headers though.

That is a very nice set up and a good first go at watercooling

I`m sure you can control the GPU RGB with the motherboard software from the ARGB header, like pastymuncher says, make sure you use the correct header.

Not enough RGB!

I have an Alphacool block on my 6800 XT and have it connected to my Asus board Argb header with the Cpu block and a Phanteks Halos Lux on the Rgb header.

If you are using iCue software with all the Corsair kit you should be able to add your motherboard if you are using Asus Aura.

A cross flow radiator has the inlet at one end and the outlet at the other. It removes that long pipe run across the top.
