Bah! I have to work on my honours project aswell as having to do all the usual courseworks. Currently i have a coursework to hand in for december, which is a program that monitors blood pressure using java me. Getting given more coursework on thursday and next week have an assessed lab on intranet systems. Uni is so fun, i really can't wait to get back into work

Urrgh I have some coursework in for friday about using Fast Fourier Transforms to solve a pattern matching problem. It's worse than it sounds, and it sounds pretty damn awful.

I enjoy assignments when I know what I'm doing. Which isn't really the case at the moment.

Eep doesn't sound fun at all, pretty sure i've had to do work with FFT's before can't remeber though

My honours is all to do with Genetic Algorithms and mobile computing platforms, now thats fun lol

We've had 4 so far and a group based assignment, so now 5!

I thought first year was meant to be easy . . pffft ¬.¬

I did get my maths assignment back and got an awesome 83%. May not be much but I was bloody chuffed!

The FFTs themselves aren't too bad I just don't have a clue how to apply that to pattern matching in text.
