Fitted a new screen protector and WOW!

Had a screen protector on my I phone 4 since new. It was really scruffy. So thought best change it! It has been on since I got it on release day!!!

And wow, it's like a new phone. Can't believe how clear the screen is!!!

Note to self, much change more often.

It has Gorilla glass. What's the need?

Not a mark on my iPhone 4 after nearly 12 months.

Did a little research. As not heard of this, or at least I didn't know about it.

So what keys, rings and coins don't scratch the glass?

Only info I found was it's hard to break?

Decent screen protectors shouldn't get scratched, because you're buying cheap ones they'll scratch up just from the lining of your pocket.

Come on the screen protectors cost 10p each, and has lasted a year.

I am a window cleaner, money in and out of pockets, keys, remote controls, etc etc

Why so much hate over a screen protector

Well they ruin the usability of the phone if they're all scratched up within minutes like the really cheap ones.

Ok I get that, but I take my phone to work, there's no way I would not use one. If someone works in an office environment, and pops it in their draw and takes it out maybe once a day. Then yeah no need for a screen protector. But if your using a 60ft WFP and the phone goes, I have to answer it

Even if I replaced it once a month, its £1.20 a year

Had a look at the Gf's ip4 today and its covered in scratches No way i am taking my Screen protector off now

Memo to self - whack some sticky back plastic on my car windscreen. Don't believe I didn't think if this earlier...
