I think I glued some of this back on a year or so back, but in the last month it's come away (on both doors). The backing is a sponge type thing, so glueing probably not a good idea... I have some sprat mount? What should I use to fix this back on?

I have 3M Craft Mount?
May not be strong enough, as from the 3M spec
"Bonding a wide range of lightweight materials where bleed-through is an issue, such as tissues, paper, emblems, vellum, newspaper and rice paper"

Something a bit stronger is probably needed:
https://www.halfords.com/motoring/p...multi-purpose-impact-instant-contact-adhesive

"
  • Instant bond on contact
  • Bonds most materials, even non-porous
  • High strength, no need to support
  • Suitable for: metal, wood, ceramics, rigid plastics, cork, foam backed carpet, underfelt, carpet tiles, hardboard, leather, glass & much more"
