Flac vs 320kbps

I use WMA mathematically lossless for ripping CD audio.

I doubt even with Sennheiser HD800's and pristine hearing would the difference between lossless and 320kbps be noticeable in a statistically meaningful way, never mind if it actually makes a measurable difference in listening experience. Anyone claiming otherwise is probably full of it.

Rip to Flac, then to mp3 for portable listening.

I rip to FLAC first and for portable use i use 256-320 VBR MP3.
