Flash 10.1 beta released, mobile versions coming...

The Giz reports on the desktop version of Flash 10.1 being released in beta form, the writer has confirmed it works flawlessly on the HP Mini 311 (HP Compaq 311c for the UK) so netbook users with 4500MHD or ION gfx should get on it

Just tested it on hdtrailers.net on my work laptop (Inspiron with T2400 centrino duo 1.83ghz and x1400 radeon gfx) and 1080p worked fine, although it buffered a lot due to the crappy connection here

This is good news for my ATOM/ION system as I should be able to watch iPlayer HD stuff now, without any issues.

Anandtech has done some tests. AMD users will have to wait for the 9.11 driver release later today.
