flash drive recommendation for video?

any recommendations for a fast usb flash drive to be used for transferring video files, each typically 5GB in size (about 30mins video length).

I think 32GB capacity is enough, though if 64GB isn't much more...

a lot of the listed products don't have read/write specs

I always go by if they don't list the speeds then they are not very good as any decent usb 3 sticks will show the speeds if they are good
