Flash drive security?

I was wondering if there any programs/methods of securing the data on a flash drive?

I'm not carrying round anything particularly sensitive, but if I misplaced it I would like it so whoever found it couldn't see what was on there etc.

Simple method is a password protected Zip.

For really secure use TrueCrypt which is free.

in north wales, only a sheep is likely to find it
