First episode left enough questions for me to want to watch episode 2

I'm just hoping they have the plot already sorted and not made up as they went along like with lost. The last 2 series of lost have got progressively worse.

I've recently caught up with Fringe, quite like where its all heading. You can tell its Mr JJ's work, very "Lost" like.

The trailers look good, but from what I've read on reviews and stuff is the acting is pretty poor in it... still gonna watch it tomorrow though as it's peaked my interest and after losing some shows that I watched to either cancellations or just end-of-show I'm lacking stuff to watch. Only thing really putting me off is that woman from Lost (Penny I think?) she really grates on me for some reason.

I liked it.
The final scene/twist seemed a bit of a stretch. Seemed a bit contrived and forced.
But the main concept of the show is very interesting
