Flash latest firmware

Hi all.

I brought when they came out a OCZ SSD 64gb (OCZ Technology Core Series 64GB SATA II 2.5" SSD). It runs very very poorley. I was wondering if there id advice on how to flash it with latest firmware, maybe this is whats slowing it down.

Hi Sheldon,

what makes you think it is running poorly, can you provide some information on the diagnostics you're using on it?
