Flash not working/delayed on IE11 but fine in Firefox

As title folks. No idea why Flash is taking an age, crashes IE11 also.
But all is fine in FF.

Any ideas?

No idea how to fix this issue, but I think that Flash is causing my IE11 youtube tab to freeze. Hopefully a fix will be issued soon, but back to Firefox in the meantime.

Yes precisely the same thing. For example loading up Youtube for the first seconds is fine but then the page freezes up.

The "Flash" test page after you installed it off the Adobe website takes an age to load also (as if its stalling/crashing).

I've had the same problem for a couple of days with IE11 on x64 Win 8.1. Going into IE Tools, Safety and toggling ActiveX Filtering has sorted it out for me.

How did you figure it out? I couldn't find anything online about this issue.

When you toggle, do you mean you enable or disable it?
If I enable it, the front page on Youtube claims I need to install Flash but when I click on a clip, the clip plays fine.
