flash performance better on mac?

i'm wondering why my core i7 win7 with a pretty beefy gpu is sluggish compared to my mac air . i've updated to lasted flash and using firefox on both machines

I'm sure someone will be along with some technical insights in a moment but I have to say my Core2Duo E8600 Win7 x64 desktop loads Sims faster than that when my mrs plays. Maybe a different issue than Flash? Firefox is hardly known for speed either. You'd get better results with Safari (Mac) or Chrome/Opera (Win).

It's also connection dependent as obviously it has to load from their servers, but I'd say the SSD in the Air would be a big help too.

Flash performance on Mac is generally worse than Windows. If you have the opposite, something else is probably to blame.

I've had the same issue with mine on Snow Leopard and Lion..not managed to find a fix, it's only on some certain Flash websites as well...odd.

this! you can easily prove it by bootcamping into windows
