Flash Player

My GFs sister has the following problem...

Since updating flash player, flash videos refused to play. She uses Vista and Firefox (unsure on the version).

I downloaded the removal tool, and tried to install the new version again, but it didn't work.

Have I missed something obvious?

Try going into the options (right clicking a flash banner or the like) and turning off hardware acceleration. That option might not work correctly with older video cards/drivers.

I think I should mention that it just tells me to go and install flash player, giving the link the adobe download page...
