Flash Webcam...

hey all,

I want to embed a feature on my site where people can record, upload and view videos that they can make on their webcam.
I found a great example of something i would like (http://www.wintechmedia.com/portfolio/newrecorder/) and was just wondering if anyone here knows how to do it?

could you not view the source for the page, note the location of the flash url and enter that into google and then download it directly?

Never used flash myself (cant afford it) but just a thought that popped into my head!
