Someone sent me a .swf file, i have flash installed but it isnt recognising this file, what program do i need to open it with?

To play *.swf files on there own you will need the Flash Standalone player, but as mentioned if you have installed the plugin it will only be tied into your web browser.

Ive downloaded flash and open explorer but it dont open.

Where can i get the standalone player
