Not had any issues with Flash thus far, but there does seem to be an issue with flash and FF for some users.
I personally have not experienced them, but that maybe down to the generation of cards im using or the fact that i have flash hardware acceleration disabled as well as FF hardware acceleration .

Anyway i have come across this that may also help some people.

Flash is buggy at best and with hardware acceleration enabled or without it you’re still going to have issues. To fix this you’ll need to disable Protected Mode

Edit mm.cfg and add/edit this line: ProtectedMode = 0
Windows 32bit: C:\windows\system32\macromed\flash
Windows 64bit: C:\windows\syswow64\macromed\flash

Good job, if i could give you some rep i would. +1.

However id then take it away for anyone that still uses firefox when chrome is clearly superior. -1.

Emporor Ming is a nuisance with Flash :D

On a serious note, I have noticed a few errors with flash recently in IE9 so I don't think it is FF only.

I've had flash issues before and i have the convictions to prove it.

Thank you, thank you, im here all week.
