Them flashing usually means fine has been awarded, so no harm in being concerned

I have had this happen a few times and never had anything come through, i did find the flash to be pretty blinding though which i was none too pleased about.

There was a case in Australia where a woman was startled by the flash, ran off the road, and totalled the camera.

They did try to prosecute her, but it got thrown-out because the hazard was the speed camera flash momentarily blinding her... and there's no ticket for speeding if you've run the camera over.

This has happened a few times to me, unsure as to whether it was cars on the otherside or me going a little too fast.. but I haven't heard anything back.

The lines are also painted on the other side of the road so you can't speed past on that side late at night for example and get away with it. As has been said by Austin Powers, you'll be fine. (baby)
